Meet Sophie

Sophie is an early bird who can relate? She starts her morning with a coffee and is ready to take on the day.

Sophie is one of our newest servers on the Barley’s team - she was a food runner two years ago, but just like high school, she graduated!

 

High school graduation is just around the corner for Sophie, and she has her next steps all mapped out: she’ll be attending Iowa Western in the fall to earn a degree in business. Sophie loves that her new job as a server allows her to be social and talk to customers.

 

If she’s eating something at Barley’s it’s the Canadian Bacon Pizza, I mean who can blame her?! We’re so happy to have you Sophie!
