Meet Carlos!

Cooking is not only his job but a passion for Carlos! He enjoys cooking because he can use his creativity and put his touch on the recipes he finds. You can order his most recent creation on the monthly specials menu, the Birria Tacos (May only). 

Besides cooking, you can find Carlos producing music and writing lyrics with a friend. 

Carlos moved here from Los Angeles with his family when he was 4 years old, and he’s also the oldest of 6. So he appreciates the quiet of midwest living.
